Yash Musabji was born in a small village in India and came to the United States at the age of 2. His love and passion for creating art led him to create ICON. Yash loves to shoot cinematic videos and photos, so he takes over the majority of the production for ICON Visuals. He’s also obsessed with creating music. Rapping and producing beats are two ways, where he’s able to express his love for music, hence creating ICON Music. Yash is a natural-born visionary.

Ever since I was a kid I knew that I wouldn’t fit in with most people. I knew that I was different and that my differences made me great. So instead of trying to neglect my differences, I decided to embrace them. Ever since then, I’ve never looked back. Creating art is my addiction. I decided to create ICON, with Chad, to be able to express my creativity and to bring my art to the world. In doing so, I attracted more like minded individuals which just added to the creativity and talent pool at ICON. Not only was my goal with ICON to express creativity, but it was also to bring high-level production work, to the average consumer. I wanted to provide people with real, high-quality, art.

Chad Bettis, born in Elgin IL, moved to Belvidere at the young age of 6. He and Yash met each other back in elementary school, and have become brothers ever since. Chad helped create ICON with Yash back in 2018. He also helped raise capital for the company, during the start-up. Chad also is the Lead Editor at ICON Visuals. 90% of projects that go through ICON Visuals are edited or enhanced by Chad. Chad also plays a huge role in running the business with Yash. He’s his second pair of eyes always looking out for issues. Without Chad ICON would never have been created.

Noah Chatfield is a lead audio engineer and producer at ICON Studios, known for delivering clean, high-level records with consistency and precision. Born and raised in Rockford, Noah has spent the last 8 years producing music and 6 years recording artists, building a strong foundation in both the creative and technical sides of the process.

With over a million streams generated across his client work, Noah has proven his ability to help artists create records that connect. As an award-winning producer and engineer, he brings a sharp ear, efficient workflow, and a session environment that pushes artists to perform at their best.

From tracking vocals to final mix, Noah approaches every project with focus and intent — making sure every record leaving the studio sounds polished, competitive, and true to the artist’s vision.
